骨盆骨折外固定治疗的应用解剖及生物力学进展

骨盆骨折是一种常见骨折,发病率较高,占全部骨骼损伤的3%。成年人骨盆骨折致伤原因主要包括:机动车碰撞伤占57%,行人被车辆撞伤占18%,摩托车碰撞伤占9%,高处坠落伤占9%,挤压伤占5%。而青少年患者骨盆骨折发生率较低,大约在0.5%~7%,最多见的原因是机动车辆事故伤,行人被车辆撞伤以及高处坠落伤。
