当代企业管理中最为重要的一项资源就是人力资源,作为一种特殊的企业资源,企业对人力资源的管理也就具有了重要意义。如何更好地发挥人力资源管理中的激励机制的重要作用,更好地激励员工,则是当代企业人力资源管理中的重点之一。本文对企业人力资源管理中激励机制的重要作用做了简要概括,对激励机制在企业人力资源管理中的四种主要形式进行了列举,并针对如何更好地运用激励机制提出了几点建议。
One of the most important resources in contemporary corporate management is human resources. As a special kind of enterprise resources, the management of human resources by enterprises is also of great significance. How to give full play to the important role of incentive mechanism in human resource management and how to motivate staff well is one of the focuses of human resources management in contemporary enterprises. This article briefly summarizes the important role of incentive mechanism in human resource management of enterprises, lists four main forms of incentive mechanism in human resource management, and puts forward some suggestions on how to make better use of incentive mechanism.
