为了实现航天用大尺寸O形密封圈全自动精密测量,研究了密封圈尺寸大于相机视野时,序列局部图像采集路径的规划方法,开发了基于公共特征的图像拼接算法,提出了基于环形域面积不变的尺寸测量算法。实验结果表明:所提路径规划算法能够实现外形尺寸是相机视野1-2倍的O形密封圈序列局部图像的全自动采集,本文尺寸测量算法得到的密封圈内径和截径的重复精度分别为0.018mm和0.017mm,Hough变换检测圆算法测得的重复精度分别为0.754mm和0.103mm,本文算法测量值的重复精度远高于Hough变换检测圆算法。
In order to realize the automatic and precise measurement of O-ring with large size in space, the method of planning local image acquisition path when the seal ring size is larger than the camera’s field of vision is studied. An image mosaic algorithm based on public features is developed. The same size measurement algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed path planning algorithm can realize automatic acquisition of partial images of the O-ring with 1-2 times the field of view of the camera’s visual field. The repeatability of the inner diameter and the diameter of the ring obtained by the dimensional measurement algorithm in this paper are 0.018mm and 0.017mm respectively. The repeatability measured by the Hough transform circle algorithm is 0.754mm and 0.103mm, respectively. The repeatability of the proposed algorithm is much higher than that of the Hough transform circle algorithm.
