为分析管制员工作满意度与其安全绩效之间的关系,运用结构方程模型(SEM)研究了管制员工作满意度对其安全绩效的影响。结果表明:工作满意度对安全行为具有显著正向影响,内在工作满意度对安全行为的影响作用要高于外在工作满意度;内在工作满意度对安全结果有显著正向影响,外在工作满意度对安全结果的影响不显著;工作满意度还会通过安全行为间接地对安全结果产生正向影响。
In order to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and safety performance, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to study the effect of job satisfaction on safety performance. The results show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on safety behavior, and the effect of intrinsic job satisfaction on safety behavior is higher than that of external job satisfaction. Internal job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on safety results. External job Satisfaction has no significant effect on safety results; job satisfaction also has a positive impact on safety results indirectly through safety behaviors.
