新课程强调学生的自主发展。理论研究和教育实践都说明,能否实现学生的自主发展,关键在教师是否具有学生主体的意识。从目前的教学现状看,学生的自主发展水平普遍较低。表面上,教师都知道学生是主体,但如果深入到课堂里,我们会发现很多学生有主体缺失的现象。究其原因,实质上其根源仍是教师未能真正树立学生主体的意识。笔者在教例分析的基础上,经过概括、归纳,认为目前主要存在显性缺失、隐性缺失和假性主体三种主体缺失现象。
The new curriculum emphasizes students’ self-development. Theoretical research and educational practice have shown that the key to whether or not students can achieve self-development is whether teachers have the consciousness of students. Judging from the current status of teaching, the level of student’s independent development is generally low. On the surface, teachers all know that students are the main body, but if we go deep into the classroom, we will find that many students have the phenomenon of missing subjects. The reason, in essence, is still the teacher’s failure to truly establish the consciousness of the student body. Based on the analysis of the teaching cases, the author summarizes and concludes that there are mainly three kinds of missing phenomena: dominant lack, implicit loss, and false subject.
