体内激素水平对免疫系统功能的发挥有着一定的影响。以往资料表明皮质类固醇激素有明显的免疫抑制功能,而生长激素对免疫系统的成熟也是必需的。女性自身免疫性疾病发病率提示性激素的免疫调节作用。动物实验表明雌二醇促进自身免疫病的发展,而睾酮则起相反的作用。三苯氧胺(Tamoxifen)是一种非甾类雌激素受体拮抗剂。目前已用于治疗乳腺癌,良性前列腺增生症与前列腺癌、肾癌、子宫内膜腺癌及胰腺癌,Per-golide mesylate(PGL)为类多巴胺药现用于治疗各类高催乳激素血症和柏金森氏病。本文研究发现Tamoxifen citrate(TX)与PGL具有较强的免疫调节作用。作者采用雌性Fischer和Wistar-Furth大鼠,体重为150~170克。以检测绵羊红血球(SRBC)凝集素效价及二硝基氯苯(DNCB)皮肤敏感试验来反映机体体液免疫与细胞免疫状况。实验组大鼠首先每天皮下注射TX或PGL(按
