目的分析重型颅脑损伤术后下肢深静脉血栓应用康复护理的临床价值。方法择取2016年1月—2017年1月该院收治的50例重型颅脑损伤术后下肢DVT者为研究对象,以常规护理为基础,对其开展早期康复护理,分析临床效果。结果经为期4~6个月的临床护理后,病患既往临床表现均有所缓解,在所有患者中1例病患因发生肺栓塞抢救无效死亡,总存活率为96.00%。结论对于重型颅脑损伤术后下肢深静脉血栓者,将康复护理贯穿于病患护理阶段,可提升生存率和生生活质量,有益于促进疾病转归,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Fifty patients with DVT of lower extremity after severe head injury admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. Based on conventional nursing, early rehabilitation nursing was performed to analyze the clinical effect. Results After 4 to 6 months of clinical nursing, the clinical manifestations of patients were relieved. One patient died of pulmonary embolism in all patients, and the overall survival rate was 96.00%. Conclusion For patients with severe craniocerebral injury who have lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, rehabilitation nursing should be carried out throughout the patient care stage, which can improve the survival rate and quality of life, which is beneficial to promote the prognosis of the disease and is worth further promotion.
