本研究选用7只8~18个月的恒河猴进行实验,采用钴60-γ射线照射的预处理方法使猴机体免疫力低下,再感染HFRS病毒,造成HFRS病毒感染和复制该病致病动物模型,其症状类似病人临床体征。从实验组猴体内检出了HFRS病毒抗原和特异性抗体,证实已受感染;在临床上出现了某些症状,在感染病毒第3天出现发热,体温最高可达41℃,发热持续8天;感染病毒后第6~20天出现少尿,24上尿量为10~35ml;血小板下降显著;病理学检查证实感染HFRS的恒河猴同HFRS病人的病理损伤相似。
In this study, 7 monkeys aged 8 to 18 months were selected for experiment.
