在我国资源进口市场结构比较集中的情况下,为了有效降低来自国际市场的风险,需要考察我国与主要资源进口来源地的依赖关系,以明确在国际资源市场上谁是我们可靠的供应商,对这种可靠性的检验可以帮助我们形成基于贸易的资源安全政策。本文通过考察中国从某国进口资源数量及中国进口该资源的总数量、该国对中国出口资源金额及该国的总出口金额、以及该国在国际资源市场上的地位等因素,计算出中国对各资源进口来源地的依赖系数,作为评估我国资源供给安全程度的参考。
