在机械装配中经常会做一些需用锤击器去冲击零件的工作,例如用锤击器冲击铆钉、销钉和冲头,在冲切模具配模工作中常常用凸模去冲击凹模以达到上下模件切口的一致性等。以上工作一般多采用鎯头敲击凸模冲头的方法,效率低,并难以保证异形孔与端面的垂直度,为此我们成功地设计了一种机械锤击器。
