应用电泳法对中国7个动物地理区21个采集地小家鼠的血红蛋白β链(Hbb)多态性分布作了研究。除武汉、孝感外,其余19个采集地的小家鼠Hbb均存在多态性分布。Ⅰ区(东北区)、Ⅱ区(华北区)、Ⅴ区(西南区)、Ⅶ区(华南区)的小家鼠Hbb以d基因为主,在遗传学方面接近于Musmusculuscastaneus亚种;Ⅲ区(蒙新区)、Ⅳ区(青藏区)的小家鼠Hbb以p基因占优,与Musmusculusmusculus亚种相似。Ⅵ区(华中区)小家鼠Hbb有2种多态性分布,可能与该区处于古北界和东洋界的未定界区域而存在2大亚种的天然杂交群有关,说明小家鼠的Hbb多态性分布与中国动物地理区划基本吻合。
The distribution of hemoglobin β chain (Hbb) polymorphism in Mus musculus of 21 domesticated animals in seven geographical areas of China was studied by electrophoresis. Except for Wuhan and Xiaogan, the Hbb of the Mus musculus in the remaining 19 collected sites showed polymorphic distribution. Mus musculus castaneus subspecies Hbb was predominant in region Ⅰ (northeast), region Ⅱ (North China), region V (southwest) and region VII (South China), and was genetically close to Musmusculuscastaneus subsp. (Mongolian area), Ⅳ area (Qinghai-Tibet region) of Mus musculus Hbb to p gene dominant, and Musmusculusmusculus subspecies similar. There were two polymorphic distributions of Hbb in the Ⅵ area (Central China), which may be related to the natural populations of two large subspecies in the undeclared area of the ancient northern and eastern oceans, indicating that the The distribution of Hbb polymorphism is consistent with the geographical division of Chinese animals.
