近年来,国内外有关各型尤其是乙型病毒性肝炎的免疫复合物的报道很多,综述下面几个问题。一、血循环中的免疫复合物(IC) 目前一般认为,抗原(如肝炎病毒)进入机体后能诱发机体产生细胞及体液免疫反应,因而有可能导致形成抗原抗体复合物。到目前为止,已经公认HBV感染后可以产生HBsAg-抗-HBs、HBeAg-抗-HBe及HBcAg-抗-HBc三大抗原抗体系统。此外1977年Rizzetto发现Delta-抗-Delta系统;1978年Alberti又报告Dane-抗-Dane系统。
