网民参与党政领导干部问责是问责制度之外的一种渠道和形式,网络问责机制的发展和完善对我们党的干部队伍建设、反腐倡廉建设产生越来越深刻的影响。从五个大的方面探讨了如何建立健全网民参与党政领导干部问责的体制机制:一是建立和完善网民参与党政领导干部问责的法律法规,二是加强执法机关的队伍建设,三是加强对网民问责的教育引导,四是构建网民参与党政干部问责的平台,五是拓展网民问责渠道、建立网络举报长效机制。
