在上个世纪八十年代的时候,喝咸糊涂、吃酱豆子,是在我们沂蒙山区农村几乎每天不可缺少的,至今,家乡的父老乡亲们还沿袭着这种饮食习惯。家乡人习惯将稀饭称之为糊涂,如若再放点盐进去那就叫咸糊涂。在过去缺菜少油的岁月,能喝上一顿咸糊涂,辅之一盘酱豆子当佐料,那是一件十分幸福的事儿。小时候,因为家乡多种植地瓜,我喝得最多的也是地瓜咸糊涂,虽然是苦寒粗粝的乡土饭,但在那个年代这是能填饱肚子的主要食粮,也是乡亲们津津乐道的“美食”。
