机务和车辆部门对大修、段修车辆的车轴进行探伤时是在解体的状况下进行的。工务、大修、工程及供电部门运用的轨道车在年检或运行3000km必须对车轴进行探伤,以防止车辆运行时发生断轴事故确保行车安全。而此时往往受到场地和设备条件限制,对轨道车车轮解体难度大、成本高。能否在轨道车不退轮对和拆卸轴承箱状态下准确而简便地对轨道车轮轴进行探伤就显得十分重要。
Maintenance and vehicle departments overhaul, paragraph repair vehicle axles were detected in the case of disintegration.
