To the editor:Eye movement disorder caused by cerebral stem infarction was common in clinical practice.1 However,isolated medial rectus palsy due to a tiny infarction lesion was rarely seen.rnAn 80-year-old man with a 10-year history of hypertension and diabetes,presented to the hospital for a sudden onset of diplopia.Neurological examination of cranial nerves revealed left medial rectus palsy when gazing to the right side (Figure 1A).
