目的:建立循环伏安法研究亮菌甲素琥珀酸单酯在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,并建立差示脉冲伏安法测定含量。方法:采用三电极系统(玻碳电极为工作电极,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,Pt电极为对电极),以pH 4.75醋酸钠缓冲液作为电解质,采用差示脉冲伏安法测定亮菌甲素琥珀酸单酯注射液中主药含量。结果:亮菌甲素琥珀酸单酯的氧化峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为5.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol.L-1;检测限为5.0×10-8mol.L-1。结论:该方法灵敏度高、检测范围宽,结果令人满意,可用于亮菌甲素琥珀酸单酯注射液中亮菌甲素琥珀酸单酯的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a cyclic voltammetric method for the electrochemical behavior of strychnine succinate at glassy carbon electrode and establish the differential pulse voltammetry method. Methods: A three-electrode system (glassy carbon electrode as working electrode, saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode and Pt electrode as counter electrode) was used. PH 4.75 sodium acetate buffer solution was used as electrolyte and differential pulse voltammetry A Succinic acid monoester injection of the main drug content. Results: The peak current of stryptin succinic acid monoester showed a good linear relationship with the concentration. The linear range was 5.0 × 10-7 ~ 2.0 × 10-5mol.L-1. The detection limit was 5.0 × 10-8mol. L-1. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity, wide detection range and satisfactory results. It can be used to determine the content of strychnine monosuccinate in strychnine succinate monoester injection.
