根据矿用刮板输送机链传动特点,研究了刮板链和链轮在啮合过程中的相互受力状态。建立了链节张力和链节与链轮啮合力随链轮旋转角度变化的方程式。应用方程式对不同压力角链轮和不同齿数链轮进行了对比分析计算,分析结果表明压力角越小、齿数越少,链轮单齿传递的有效圆周力越大,但链节与链轮的最大啮合力也越大,对刮板链和链轮的强度要求也越高。
According to the characteristics of mine scraper conveyor chain drive, the mutual force state of scraper chain and sprocket during the meshing process was studied. The equation of the link tension and the change of the meshing force between chain link and sprocket with the rotation angle of sprocket is established. The formulas of different pressure angle sprockets and different numbers of sprockets are compared and analyzed. The results show that the smaller the pressure angle, the smaller the number of teeth, the larger the effective circular force transmitted by the sprocket. However, The greater the maximum meshing force, the stronger the scraper chain and sprocket strength requirements.
