目的:研究不同型号大孔树脂对龙芽楤木叶总皂苷的吸附纯化工艺。方法:比较了5种大孔树脂对龙芽楤木叶总皂苷的吸附性能,以龙芽楤木叶提取物中的总皂苷含量为考察指标,对大孔树脂吸附纯化龙芽楤木叶总皂苷的工艺进行筛选。结果:AB-8型树脂对龙芽楤木叶总皂苷的吸附性能最好,达到静态交换容量为30.4 mg/mL树脂,吸附率为93.2%。动态吸附最大吸附量为0.027 g生药/mL树脂,洗脱溶剂为70%乙醇。结论:AB-8型树脂交换吸附龙芽楤木叶总皂苷的纯化方法可行,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To study the adsorption and purification of total saponins of Gynura divaricata by different types of macroporous resins. Methods: The adsorption properties of five kinds of macroporous resins on total saponins of Gynura divaricata were compared. The content of total saponins in Gynura divaricata was compared with that of macroporous resin Saponins process screening. Results: AB-8 resin had the best adsorption capacity for total saponins of Grifola frondosa, reaching a static exchange capacity of 30.4 mg / mL resin with an adsorption rate of 93.2%. The maximum adsorption capacity of dynamic adsorption was 0.027 g crude drug / mL resin, and the elution solvent was 70% ethanol. CONCLUSION: The method of purification of AB-8 resin for exchange adsorption of total saponins from Agkistrodon majus leaves is feasible and has a good prospect of application.
