中西医结合治疗重度颅脑损伤60例临床观察

颅脑损伤是指外力作用于头颅引起的损伤,随着现代经济和交通的迅速发展,其发生率、致残率及死亡率也逐年增加,已成为外伤致死的首位原因[1]。重度颅脑损伤预后多不良,虽然医学技术水平不断提高,但是近年来死亡、致残率仍居高不下。2011-10—2014-09,我们在西医常规治疗的基础上联合中医综合疗法中西医结合治疗重度颅脑损伤60例,并与单纯西医常规治疗60对照观察,结果如下。 Craniocerebral injury refers to the damage caused by external forces on the skull. With the rapid development of modern economy and transportation, the incidence, morbidity and mortality have also increased year by year, which has become the leading cause of traumatic death [1]. Severe traumatic brain injury prognosis is poor, although the medical technology continues to improve, but in recent years the death and morbidity remains high. 2011-10-2014-09, we based on conventional Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment of 60 cases of severe head injury, and Western medicine and conventional treatment of 60 controlled observation, the results are as follows.
