应用数学模型和统计分析法,直接建立铁精矿(或烧结矿)品位的变化量与采矿、选矿、烧结和高炉各工序生产指标之间相互关系的经验式;以铁水的能值和单位生产费用为评价指标,提出了铁精矿合理品位的概念、评价准则和计算方法;以鞍钢为研究对象,给出了自熔性烧结矿的经济品位区是56%~58%。以铁精矿或烧结矿的经济品位组织选矿、烧结和高炉等工序的生产,则铁水的单位生产费用最低,单位能耗也很低。
