用微波辐射法固相合成磷酸-氨基甲酸淀粉酯,通过调节磷酸盐用量、尿素用量、水用量、pH、微波辐射功率、微波辐射反应时间,以磷酸-氨基甲酸淀粉酯的产率为实验指标,采用正交实验确定反应的最佳工艺:淀粉:磷酸盐配比为5:0.7、淀粉:尿素比为5:0.7、微波辐射功率为200 W、微波辐射反应时间为20 min。对产品的取代度、黏度、糊化温度进行测定,并且采用红外、电镜对产品进行了表征。纸张物理性能检测试验表明:制备的磷酸-氨基甲酸淀粉酯有效地提高了纸张的耐破度、抗张指数和撕裂强度。
The phosphoric acid - carbamic acid starch was synthesized by microwave irradiation. The yield of phosphate - carbamic acid starch ester was determined by adjusting the amount of phosphate, urea, water, pH, microwave power and microwave irradiation time. Orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimum reaction conditions. The optimum conditions were as follows: the ratio of starch to phosphate was 5: 0.7, the ratio of starch to urea was 5: 0.7, the microwave power was 200 W and the microwave irradiation time was 20 min. The degree of substitution, viscosity and gelatinization temperature were measured. The products were characterized by infrared and electron microscopy. Physical properties of paper test showed that: the prepared phosphoric acid - urethane effectively improve the paper’s burst resistance, tensile index and tear strength.
