志书总纂是修志工作的关键阶段,是确保志书质量的重要步骤。编纂志书是一项系统工程,参与者众多。由于人员素质参差不齐、初稿成文有先有后、内容质量各不相同，抓好总纂阶段的目标管理，抓好总纂过程的质量控制，事关整部志书的成败。笔者试结合工作实践和体会谈一些初浅的看法，以期抛砖引玉。
