对8名多年练习吴氏太极拳的老人练拳前后外周血NK细胞活性和NK细胞数量进行了动态观察,同时观察了白细胞介素2(IL-2)及皮质醇的变化。通过它们与NK活性的相关分析讨论了吴氏太极拳练习影响NK活性的机理。研究结果显示,练拳后即刻NK活性升高67.29±32.61%(P<0.05),NK细胞数升高47.8±14.69%(P<0.05)。IL-2活性升高40.88±11.30%(P<0.01),血浆皮质醇则下降15.82±4.05‰(P<0.05),运动后2小时各项指标都有相当程度的恢复,NK活性虽高于安静值但差异无显著性意义。相关分析显示,NK活性的变化与NK细胞数的变化有一定程度的相关(r=0.73,P<0.05,C.V=0.33),与IL-2活性呈高度相关(r=0.96,P<0.001,C.V=0.042),与皮质醇的变化也呈高度负相关(r=-0.97,P<0.001,C.V=0.049)。
The activity of NK cells and the number of NK cells in peripheral blood of 8 elders who practiced Wu Taijiquan for many years before and after exercise were observed. The changes of interleukin 2 (IL-2) and cortisol were also observed. The mechanism of Wu’s shadowboxing exercises on NK activity was discussed through their correlation with NK activity. The results showed that the activity of NK increased 67.29 ± 32.61% (P <0.05) and the number of NK cells increased 47.8 ± 14.69% (P <0.05) immediately after practice. IL-2 activity increased by 40.88 ± 11.30% (P <0.01), while plasma cortisol decreased by 15.82 ± 4.05% (P <0.05). After 2 hours of exercise, There is a considerable degree of recovery, although NK activity was higher than the quiet value but the difference was not significant. Correlation analysis showed that there was a certain degree of correlation between NK activity and NK cell number (r = 0.73, P <0.05, C.V = 0.33), and was highly correlated with IL-2 activity r = 0.96, P <0.001, and C.V = 0.042), and also had a highly negative correlation with the changes of cortisol (r = -0.97, P <0.001, C.V = 0 .049).
