“实践与综合应用”是《数学课程标准》新增加的一个领域,其指导思想着重在于帮助学生综合运用已有的知识和经验,经过自主探索和合作交流,解决与生活经验联系密切的、具有一定挑战性和综合性的问题,以发展他们解决问题的能力,加深对“数与代数”“空间与图形”“统计与概率”内容的理解,体会各部分内容之间的联系。这部分内容没有知识技能方面的具体要求,也不便于考试,因此未得到应有的重视。同时,因为是全新的领域,可以借鉴的经验很少,所以它就成了新课程实施的一个难点。但是,它对于发展学生解决实际问题的能力和创新能力,提高学生学习数学的内在动力以及促进学生的可持续发展等方面所特有的优势和价值,正在得到越来越多的老师和教研人员的认同。因此调查、实践、探索与思考就成为这些有心人的必然选择。本刊在2008年第12期已经就此编发了一个“实践与综合应用”研究专辑,本期起再编发几位老师的文章,以期更多的老师和研究人员加入进来,使这个领域得到更深入的研究。
