为了改善铜柱测压中静标体系的缺陷,我国曾设计了采用准动态校准的Φ3.5×8.75mm铜柱测压器材,而在实际使用过程中该型铜柱测压系统在高压测试中出现了一些问题,其结构设计需要进行优化,这必然涉及到对该型铜柱测压范围的界定与预压值的选择.应用非线性动力学软件LS-DYNA对铜柱测压系统在不同预压与温度下的力学性能行了仿真分析,得到了预压与温度对铜柱变形量的影响,研究成果为Φ3.5×8.75mm柱形铜柱测压器的优化提供了依据以及参考.
