研究了一种 Ni 基定向合金激光快速熔凝的结晶形态以及冷却速度对激光熔凝组织的影响。结果表明,激光快速凝固结晶形态强烈地依赖于熔池边界基材的晶粒取向。激光熔区的显微组织尺度与冷却速度有关。
The effect of cooling rate on the laser melting structure of a Ni-based alloy was studied. The results show that the laser rapid solidification and crystallization morphology strongly depends on the grain orientation of the molten pool boundary substrate.
