《中国共产党章程》明确规定,党的建设必须坚持民主集中制。民主集中制是民主基础上的集中和集中指导下的民主相结合。它既是党的根本组织原则和领导制度,也是群众路线在党的生活中的运用。民主集中制建设,体现在党的建设和党的领导的各个方面。加强民主集中制建设是加强和改善党的领导的重要保障。
The “Constitution of the Communist Party of China” clearly stipulates that party building must adhere to democratic centralism.
