和谐产生美,和谐是事物的最佳状态。和谐是人们的追求,也是教育的追求。本文所说的“和谐教育”是相对于班主任对违纪犯错误的“问题学生”施以严厉批评、体罚等惩罚性教育而言的。惩罚性教育强调班主任的权威性和强制性,其主体是班主任,其结果是班主任费精力、伤脑筋;而学生在身体上受折磨,心灵上受到不同程度的伤害,难以起到应有的教育效果,还使学生对班主任产生逆反心
