本文研究了482厂铅对大气、水、土壤、农作物的污染及对居民健康的影响。大气铅浓度随距离呈现规律性变化,观察点均超过日均容许水平,接触污水的农作物和鱼含铅量略高,深层地下水目前未受到影响。 厂周近距离居民每日铅摄入量超过WHO/FAO建议值,居民血铅、尿δ-氨基乙酰丙酸均有升高,血原卟啉值未见规律性变化。部分学生、居民多梦、头痛、血压升高,学习成绩和学习能力下降。上述健康变化,可能与该厂铅污染从大气、土壤、农作物等多渠道、长期作用并蓄积于人体产生健康效应有关。
This paper studies the lead pollution of 482 plants to the atmosphere, water, soil and crops, and the impact on residents’ health. Atmospheric lead concentrations showed regular changes with distance, the observation points exceeded the daily average allowable levels, lead contaminated crops and fish slightly higher levels of lead, deep groundwater is currently not affected. Plant daily intake of lead in close proximity to WHO / FAO recommended value, the residents of blood lead, urine δ-aminolevulinic acid were elevated, no changes in the value of blood protoporphyrin. Some students, residents more dreams, headaches, high blood pressure, academic performance and learning ability decline. The above health changes may be related to the factory’s lead pollution from the atmosphere, soil, crops and other channels, long-term effects and accumulation in the human body have a health effect.
