随着社会的不断发展和我国法律体系的不断完善,传统法学教学方法的弊端不断显现,尤其不利于对学生的创新能力和研究能力的培养和提高。培养学生探究与创新能力的专题研究教学方法,有助于改善传统的法学教学中所存在的一些问题。但在我国法学本科教学中应用专题研究教学也面临着诸多的问题,我们应从学生学习方式、课程设置、研究命题的选择、教学评估的体系等方面进行探索与改革,从而更好的将专题研究教学方法在法学本科教学中应用。
With the continuous development of society and the constant improvement of our legal system, the drawbacks of the traditional legal teaching methods are constantly emerging, especially not conducive to the cultivation and improvement of students’ innovative ability and research ability. Thematic research and teaching methods that cultivate the ability of students to explore and innovate can help to improve some problems existing in the traditional law teaching. However, the application of thematic research teaching in undergraduate law teaching in our country is also faced with many problems.
