目的:研究人工培养云南冬虫夏草菌粉(YNCS)对小鼠由环磷酰胺(CY)诱发的增强和降低的迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的影响。方法:小鼠随机分组,每日以受试药物灌胃,同时通过CY分别诱导增高和降低DTH,观察YNCS对增高和降低DTH的影响。结果:高剂量YNCS对CY所致增高和降低的的DTH反应有促进恢复作用(P<0.05)。结论:提示YNCS对机体细胞免疫功能具有调节功能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of artificial cultivation of YNCS on delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by cyclophosphamide (CY) in mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into groups. The rats were orally gavaged with the test drug daily, while the increase and decrease of DTH were induced by CY respectively. The effects of YNCS on the increase and decrease of DTH were observed. Results: High doses of YNCS promoted the recovery of increased and decreased DTH responses induced by CY (P <0.05). Conclusion: It suggests that YNCS regulates cellular immune function.
