当今众多学科的多数理论来源于学术界的实验和研究成果,这些成果所解决的问题是人们在实践中所遇到的实际问题。然而管理学科却是个例外,其实际问题与理论研究之间存在着严重的脱节。利用文献研究、访谈和问卷调查等方法对问题进行分析和深入研究,并从管理的实际工作者和理论研究者两方面对这一问题进行全面论证,建立了管理实践问题与理论研究脱节和滞后过程模型。这个过程模型中存在着两条关键链,直接决定了管理实际问题与理论研究之间的转化是否成功。在已经建立的过程模型及两条关键链的基础上,进一步对脱节与滞后问题进行成因分析。
Most theories in many disciplines today are derived from the experiments and research achievements of academia. The problems solved by these achievements are the practical problems that people encounter in practice. However, the management discipline is an exception, and there is a serious disconnect between its practical problems and theoretical research. Through the methods of literature research, interviews and questionnaires, the paper analyzes and studies deeply the problems and makes a comprehensive demonstration of the issue from the actual workers and the theoretical researchers. It establishes a gap between management practice and theoretical research and lags behind Process model. There are two key chains in this process model, which directly determine the success of the transformation between the management of practical problems and theoretical research. On the basis of the established process model and two key chains, we further analyze the cause and effect of the disjoint and lagging problems.
