随着社会经济的快速发展和企业管理制度的不断改革,企业会计核算和统计核算的协调发展显得尤为必要。本文首先概述了企业会计核算和统计核算的含义,然后简要说明了企业会计核算和统计核算协调处理的必要性,最后从运用会计分析手段搞好财务预测、运用统计方法搞好会计监督、严谨规范统计工作及加强人员分工协作四个方面提出了企业会计核算和统计核算协调处理的方法。
