华为的发展史就是一部危机管理史,华为的核心价值观是“以客户为中心、以奋斗者为本、长期坚持艰苦奋斗”。华为成功的核心因素是危机意识或者自我批判。本文通过对标华为的核心价值观和宝钢技术的企业文化,寻找相通之处,为国有企业党支部建设学习借鉴。通过分析比较,国有基层党群工作者只有在实践中的不断学习和感悟,以用户为中心的企业发展战略,探索企业队伍建设的有效性和针对性,以人为本强化企业各项基础工作,同时也对基层党组织管理者如何不断修炼和践行进行了思考。
Huawei’s development history is a history of crisis management. Huawei’s core values are “customer-focused, striving for struggle, long-term perseverance and hard work”. Huawei’s core success factor is crisis awareness or self-criticism.
