昆北油田是青海油田开发的新油田,其原油地面粘度为40—200mpas之间。井筒内原油降粘是解决油井卡杆卡泵的根本原因。采油工程中的砂蜡等问题是油田生产的伴疾。合理评价现有的清防蜡及降粘的方法,提出及实施解决问题的方法是油井正常生产的需要。从油井原油自身组分入手,分析油井结蜡及井筒内原油粘度高的原因提出合理的解决办法。
Kunming North Oilfield is a new oilfield developed in Qinghai Oilfield, the crude oil ground viscosity between 40-200mpas. Viscosity reduction of crude oil in wellbore is the fundamental reason to solve the problem of oil well pump rod pump. Oil waxing and other issues in the field of oil production with the disease. Reasonable evaluation of the existing paraffin wax and viscosity reduction methods, put forward and implement the solution to the problem is the normal production of oil wells needs. Starting from the composition of crude oil in oil well, this paper analyzes the reason of waxing in oil well and the high viscosity of crude oil in wellbore, and proposes a reasonable solution.
