思想政治工作是企业经济工作和其它一切工作的生命线。中国已经在WTO框架下与世界经济融为一体,企业思想政治工作也面临着前所未有的挑战。在市场经济条件下,国有企业的生存和发展离不开和谐社会提供的养分,而构建和谐社会也同样离不开国有企业发挥的积极作用。因此,企业思想政治工作要与时俱进,按照构建和谐社会的理念指导企业发展,并使企业为构建社会主义和谐社会提供丰富的物质保障。
Ideological and political work is the lifeline of the economic work of enterprises and all other work. China has integrated itself with the world economy under the framework of the WTO and its ideological and political work has also faced unprecedented challenges. Under the conditions of a market economy, the survival and development of state-owned enterprises can not be separated from the nutrients provided by a harmonious society, and building a harmonious society can not be separated from the positive role that state-owned enterprises play. Therefore, the ideological and political work in enterprises should keep pace with the times, guide the development of enterprises in accordance with the concept of building a harmonious society and provide enterprises with rich material guarantees for the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
