本桥是在河南省新乡南站以南3km处跨越京广铁路的,一座曲线铁路旱桥,总长3016.09m,全桥共337孔,有326孔8m钢筋混凝土梁和9孔16m、1孔24m、1孔32m预应力钢筋混凝土梁。桥高8m左右,柱梁预制构件共1621件总圬工28 150m~3。桥址位于黄河冲积平原地带,根据桥址处的水文地质情况,桥的墩台地基采用明挖换填、强夯加固,钻孔桩及钢筋混凝土双箱联合基础顶进等四种处理方案。桥墩设有双柱拼装式和就地灌筑式两种。拼装式双柱墩墩柱和盖梁工地预制,吊机拼装;就地灌筑式双柱墩为现场整体灌筑。
The bridge is across the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway at a distance of 3km south of Xinxiang South Railway Station in Henan Province. A curved railway bridge with a total length of 3016.09m includes 337 holes with 326 holes, 8m reinforced concrete beams, and 16m holes with a diameter of 24m , 1 hole 32m prestressed reinforced concrete beam. The bridge is about 8m high, with a total of 1621 prefabricated columns and beams totaling 28 150m ~ 3. The bridge site is located in the alluvial plain of the Yellow River. According to the hydrogeological conditions at the bridge site, the pier and abutment foundation of the bridge adopts four treatment schemes: open cut replacement, dynamic compaction, bored piles and reinforced concrete double box combined foundation jacking. Bridge pier with double-column assembled and in-place filling two. Assembled double-column pier and girder prefabricated site, cranes assembled; cast-in-place double-column pier for the overall site construction.
