To understand the relationship between early KD lipid metabolism and coronary artery involvement, we measured lipid levels in 102 children with acute KD. The results showed that triglyceride (TG) level was significantly increased, the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) was significantly decreased, of which coronary artery involvement was the most significant change. Tip lipid changes can be used as early assessment of coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) high-risk children one of the factors.
