目的探讨血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)在糖尿病中的应用价值。方法采用病例对照研究,分析71例2型糖尿病患者和121例健康对照者的血清γ-GT水平,同时测定所有对象血清葡萄糖(GLU)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果糖尿病组患者血清γ-GT水平显著高于健康对照者(P<0.05);在糖尿病组中,相对正常γ-GT组(NGGT),高γ-GT组(HGGT)血清GLU、TG水平明显升高(P<0.05),而TC和HbA1c水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,校正年龄、性别、BMI和血清TG、TC水平等其它混杂因素影响后,HGGT患者患糖尿病的风险相对于NGGT组患者升高2.47倍(OR=3.47,95%CI:1.69~7.15)。结论血清γ-GT升高与2型糖尿病有关,可能是2型糖尿病的危险因子。
Objective To investigate the value of serum γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) in the treatment of diabetes. Methods A case-control study was conducted to investigate the serum levels of γ-GT in 71 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 121 healthy controls. Serum glucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) Hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels. Results Serum levels of γ-GT in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). In diabetic patients, serum levels of GLU and TG were significantly higher in NGGT and HGGT groups (P <0.05), while the levels of TC and HbA1c had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of diabetes in HGGT patients was 2.47 times higher than that in NGGT patients (OR = 3.47, 95% CI: 1.69 ~ 7.15). Conclusions The elevated serum γ-GT is associated with type 2 diabetes and may be a risk factor for type 2 diabetes.
