在实验的基础上,对粉煤灰-Ca(OH)2系统中粉煤灰的反应程度进行了理论研究,结果表明:当反应时间为5h,粉煤灰的反应程度最大。借鉴了固相反应理论的研究方法,推导了粉煤灰-Ca(OH)2系统的反应动力学方程,从反应动力学的角度研究了在蒸养条件下该系统的反应过程,结果表明:粉煤灰-Ca(OH)2系统的反应速度前期由粉煤灰颗粒表面的化学反应速度所控制,后期受钙离子的扩散速度控制。“,”Points out from the experimental research on the reaction of fly ash in the fly ash-Ca(OH)2 system that the reaction degree of fly ash system is maximal in five hours of reaction time, studies the reaction kinetics equation for the fly ash-Ca(OH)2 system and the reaction kinetics process of the system under steam curing and concludes that the reaction rate of the system is controlled by the chemical reaction rate of fly ash particle surface at the upper stage, and by diffusing rate of calcium ion at the later stage.
