目的:建立肾衰康复胶囊定性鉴别和含量测定方法,为今后质量控制工作提供理论依据。方法:经薄层色谱法对肾衰康复胶囊中苍术和木香进行定性鉴别,采取高效液相色谱法对苍术中苍术素含量进行测定。结果:苍术素浓度80.28-803.19ug之间,浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率99.60%,RSD值为0.49%。结论:试验中建立的定性与定量方法具有操作简单、结果准确可靠等优势,可作为肾衰康复胶囊质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the qualitative identification and content determination of Renal Failure Kang Fu Capsule, providing a theoretical basis for future quality control work. Methods: TLC and HPLC method were used to determine the content of atractylodes macrocephala in Herba Artemisiae Japonica. Results: The concentration of hematoporphyrin was between 80.28 and 803. 19ug. The linear relationship between the concentration and peak area was obtained. The average recovery was 99.60% and the RSD was 0.49%. Conclusion: The qualitative and quantitative methods established in the experiment have the advantages of simple operation, accurate and reliable results and can be used as the quality control method of Shenfukangfu capsule.
