目的:观察祛湿止带汤联合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的临床疗效。方法:将CIN患者84例随机分为2组各42例,对照组患者予以行LEEP术,中药组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟祛湿止带汤口服,观察2组临床疗效。结果:治疗4周后,中药组的临床总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05);中药组治疗后阴道出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),阴道出血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛湿止带汤联合LEEP术治疗CIN的疗效明显优于单纯的LEEP术,能明显促进LEEP术后创面愈合,减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道出血时间。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Qu daizhitang combined with cervical ring electrosurgical (LEEP) in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods: Eighty-four patients with CIN were randomly divided into two groups (n = 42). The patients in the control group were treated with LEEP. The patients in the TCM group were treated with Qushi Decoction orally on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of TCM group was 95.24%, which was higher than that of control group (80.95%, P <0.05). The vaginal bleeding amount of TCM group was less than that of control group (P <0.05) The time was shorter than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Qushi Decoction combined with LEEP in the treatment of CIN is obviously better than that of simple LEEP, which can obviously promote the wound healing after LEEP, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the time of vaginal bleeding.
