介绍了1种聚合物空心微球/树脂复合材料的专用混合实验装置,通过对4种不同结构的混合元件进行混合实验,研究了该装置混合元件上导流部件数量、叶片倾角以及叶片截面积对复合材料中聚合物空心微球破损率以及混合均匀性的影响。结果表明:增加导流部件、叶片倾角可以在一定程度上提高中空微球在树脂中的均匀性,但破损率会大为增高。而减小叶片截面积可以在控制破损率升高的同时兼顾混合均匀性。当要求密度百分差限定在5%以下时,有1种结构的混合元件能够满足这一要求,但混合均匀性稍差。
A kind of special hybrid experimental device of polymer hollow microsphere / resin composite was introduced. The results show that the increase of the flow guide components and the blade inclination can improve the homogeneity of the hollow microspheres in the resin to a certain extent, but the damage rate will be greatly increased. When the required density percentage is limited to 5% or less, there is a structure of the hybrid element to meet this requirement, but the mixing uniformity is somewhat inferior.
