设计了一种无线mesh网和光纤网络相结合的适用于煤矿井下的安全监控系统,该系统实现了对井下环境参数及工作人员位置信息的实时监控。其中无线mesh网络由以XBee_PRO无线通信芯片和单片机为核心的无线信标节点和人员佩戴的便携节点构成,所有节点都将由传感器得到的井下环境参数通过网络上传给地面监控机,同时根据节点间信号传输的RSSI值对人员进行定位,地面监控机实时显示这些环境参数和人员位置信息。通过实验验证,该系统是一个低成本且实现简单、快速的井下实用性监控系统。
A safety monitoring system for underground coal mine which combines wireless mesh network with optical fiber network is designed. The system realizes real-time monitoring of downhole environment parameters and staff location information. The wireless mesh network consists of a wireless beacon node with XBee_PRO wireless communication chip and a single chip microcomputer as the core and portable nodes worn by personnel. All nodes upload the downhole environmental parameters obtained by the sensors to the ground monitoring machine through the network, and at the same time, The transmitted RSSI value locates personnel, and the ground monitoring machine displays these environmental parameters and personnel location information in real time. Through experimental verification, the system is a low-cost and simple and fast downhole practical monitoring system.
