财务隶属关系在国有大中型企业与原主管部门脱钩进入中央管理后,也随之发生了变化。各企业集团的财务关系由原隶属于其主管部门变成为直接隶属于财政部。对于企业集团来说,要适应新的管理体制的需要,应及时建立一套新的管理体系,加强企业集团的财务管理已势在必行。怎样加强企业集团的财务管理,才能确保国有资产保值,本文提出了以下八个方面的措施。
Financial affiliation has also changed since the separation of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises from the original competent authorities into the administration of the Central Government. The financial relationships among the various enterprise groups have been changed from being directly under the authority of their respective administrative departments to being directly affiliated with the Ministry of Finance. For enterprise groups, in order to meet the needs of the new management system, a new management system should be set up in time. It is imperative to strengthen the financial management of enterprise groups. How to strengthen the financial management of enterprise groups in order to ensure the preservation of state-owned assets, the paper proposed the following eight aspects of measures.
