【摘要】目的较差的医疗连续性会增加慢性病患者多种不良结局的发生率。然而,通过共享电子健康档案提供高水平信息连续性的一体化系统是否能解决这个问题,前景并不明朗。方法采用回顾性队列研究,研究对象为12 200例同时患有 3 种及以上慢性病并被纳入一体化医疗系统的老年人。通过医疗连续性指数对医疗连续性进行评估, 【Abstract】 The purpose of poor medical continuity will increase the incidence of multiple adverse outcomes in patients with chronic diseases.
