阐述了１９９８年洪水期江河防洪工程再现的主要问题，并依此就加强今后防洪工作及开展河道整治与堤防建设等方面的问题提出了若干建议。
The main problems of flood control in flood season in 1998 were expounded. Based on this, some suggestions were put forward to strengthen the future flood control and the problems of river regulation and dike construction.
