The publication of the novel “Invisible Man” by the American Negro Ralph Ellison, published in 1952, has had an epoch-making impact upon publication. This is fully reflected in the fact that it reproduces the life of contemporary Afro-Americans. This novel tells the story of a black young man who has no social standing in the white-dominated society of the United States and who does not recognize his existence. He endeavors to prove his worth, to be recognized and to realize himself in the new situation. He was deeply influenced by the white culture of the society at that time and swallowed bullying at the white people. Eventually, he found that no matter whether it is white or black, whether in school or factory, on the streets of Brotherhood or Haarlem, his efforts are for others His use, control and dedication. He saw the essence of society, got rid of the shackles of white culture and returned to the black tradition, reaching his sense of happiness. When a person can truly see and perceive himself, he realizes that it is unrealistic to pursue what he has pursued before finally achieving the liberation and spiritual emancipation - and finally achieving happiness.
