不动产主要包括土地资源以及土地之上的建筑物。十八届三中全会后,中央及各地政府加强了对不动产统一登记工作。因此,现如今社会各界不断加强了对不动产进行统一登记的职责以及机构整合,但是,笔者发现,对于不动产登记档案的整合关注较少,存在问题也相对较多。在进行不动产登记时,档案整合管理属于其中的重要内容和关键环节,关系不动产登记工作是不是可以顺利进行,而且直接影响登记信息的查询工作,因此,属于不可或缺的部分,需要加强重视。
Real estate mainly includes land resources and buildings above the land. After the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the local governments, unified registration of real property was strengthened. Therefore, nowadays, all sectors of society are constantly strengthening their responsibilities for the unified registration of real estate as well as the institutional consolidation. However, the author finds that there is less concern and more problems with the integration of real estate registration files. When carrying out real estate registration, file integration management is one of the important contents and key links. Whether the registration of real property can be carried out smoothly and directly affects the inquiry of registration information needs to be emphasized.
